eGift Cards are non-refundable.

Valid for 365 days (12 months) from the date of purchase.

Valid only for the amount purchased. If the experience selected costs more than the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference at the time of booking.

eGift Cards may be used for multiple bookings until the balance is used. Customers are responsible for keeping track of the remaining balance, as it cannot be viewed online.

Vouchers may be used to pay for all or part of an online booking.

Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.

Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers.

Lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of vouchers is the responsibility of the customer; replacements will not be provided.
